MyHealthKeeper

MyHealthKeeper was developed through an AHRQ implementation grant.  This personal health record is a consumer tool, used to facilitate organization, portability, and communication across the healthcare continuum of care.  EKCITA welcomes consumers to take their health care into their own hands and register to use MyHealthKeeper.
