Products
EKCITA utilizes Browsersoft, an opensource HIE service provider, to support and build interfaces to healthcare/provider data. NHIN compliant, our HIE tool, PatientFinder, is a web-based, user-friendly resource providing population health information and limited aggregate patient records, while exchanging patient demographics, encounter data, lab results, radiology reports, medication lists, and allergies.
In 2006, EKCITA released a community developed Personal Health Record, MyHealthKeeper, which highlights a diabetes management module. After holding several consumer focus groups, EKCITA partnered with Access Strategies, Inc., founder of FollowMe and MiVia, to build and customize a user friendly Personal Health Record for our community.
